That’s right, and here’s why:

The traditional agency model is broken

Most CRO agencies charge fees based on a traditional, flat, pay-for-time model.

This is a broken system, and is not fit for purpose in the modern world of high performance marketing.

Flat fees don’t incentivise an agency to get good results, or to move at pace at all. In fact, under the traditional retainer model CRO agencies are incentivised to drag things out for as long as possible – delivering just enough mediocre results to keep you on the hook. Not cool.

Instead of outdated retainer fees we charge a percentage each month of the value of our statistically proven A/B experiment wins. Put simply – we take a cut of the extra profits that we’ve delivered to your business, for a time-limited 6 month period.

This incentivises us to get the best possible results, in the shortest possible time (good for you, and good for us too).

We operate on a rolling month-by-month contract, with a minimum 3 month engagement term and we usually start to get traction after around 4-6 weeks.

The wins literally pay for themselves, and after we’ve taken our time-limited ‘win commission’ your business goes on to enjoy the benefits and additional profits for years.

There is virtually no risk for you, so you don’t have to spend weeks and months listening to agency pitches in order to decide who to select to run your CRO activity.
